The small print

• All tours start and finish outside the Visitor Information Centre (Visit Derry) at the times specified. These will not be delayed for late arrivals.
• We reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or if the security of clients is put at risk in any way. A full refund will be offered.
• On certain days routes may be closed. When this occurs, route changes will be arranged where possible.
• A strict cancellation policy will be applicable to reimburse for costs and lost revenue. The policy outlined below applies to all tours and to all group sizes.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the specified tour time will not be refunded.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected]
• Refunds will not be given for any no-show reservations
